VITA Zahnfabrik is expanding its zirconia portfolio with the new VITA YZ MULTI TRANSLUCENT premium zirconia. The latest generation of materials (4Y-TZP cervical, 5Y-TZP incisal) with Multi-Gradient Technology combines maximum flexural strength with a natural color and translucency gradient. The smooth transition of shades and the natural translucency gradient from the neck to the incisal area transform every restoration into an esthetic highlight.

This versatile solution is the ideal choice for every kind of indication. Whether for monolithic fully anatomical crowns, partial crowns, onlays, veneers or implant-supported bridges of up to 14 units – this innovative material makes it possible to achieve outstanding esthetical results without the need for complex cut-back or veneering techniques.

VITA YZ MULTI TRANSLUCENT has impressive flexural strength values of up to 1200 MPa, particularly in the dentin and cervical area, where the forces acting on bridges are the highest, which indicates a high level of durability.

Easy handling for complex restorations
Zirconia is known for its high edge stability, which allows for extremely precise restorations with an accurate fit. The straightforward handling and non-critical positioning ensure a high level of process reliability and precise alignment of the restorations during the nesting process. The YZ Speed sintering program can also be used to sinter up to 14-unit restorations in 50 minutes without any loss of quality.

Innovative material for the highest quality standards
VITA Zirkon is based on 100% yttria-stabilized zirconia powder from Tosoh (Tosoh Corp. Japan). This high-quality raw material ensures stress-free sintering and a precise fit, even with wide-span bridges after speed sintering.
